Align your body, heart, breath, and mind with Ayurveda, yoga, and tailored body practices.
A comprehensive approach for sustainable balance.
An integrative approach adapted to each individual
Our practices are based on Ayurveda, an ancient Indian medicine based on the laws of nature, and Yoga. They allow us to cultivate balance and expand our inner resources, on the physical, psychological and energetic levels for lasting vitality. Through this approach, D'âme et d'Aum is committed to supporting people who wish to find and/or maintain this balance at any time in their lives.
✔ Physical: Balance your energy and relieve your tension.
The body is the vehicle of our life. When it is tired, painful, or out of balance, our entire vitality suffers.
✔ Emotional: Soothe the mind and harmonize your emotions.
Well-being is not limited to the physical body: our emotional state influences our vitality, our relationships and our ability to move through life with lightness and clarity.
✔ Energetic: Restore vitality and promote grounding.
Vital energy (prana) circulates within and around us. When it is harmonized, we feel strength, lightness, and vitality.

Who am I?
Maureen Esivert-Viremouneix
- Certified Ayurveda Practitioner – Aquitaine Ayurveda Center
- Hatha Yoga & Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher
- Founder of D'âme and Aum
After an exciting journey in musical creation, stage & singing, I now devote myself to the practice and transmission of yoga and Ayurveda. Listening, the humble and integrative approach to the person; observation and understanding of the interaction between humans and their environment nourish my practice. I am also an initiated and qualified teacher of hatha yoga, and pre and post natal yoga for more than four years. I remain attached to the ancient traditions and sources of yoga and Ayurveda combining matter, bodies, movement, consciousness and subtle energies; on the path to the realization of our deep being, in a body-consciousness-energy triptych.
