Marmatherapy – Activation of energy points by acupressure

Balance energy and release tension


Marmashikitsa, or Marmatherapy, is based on the stimulation of Marma points, considered to be reservoirs of Prana (vital energy).


- What are Marma points?


These are 107 strategic points where muscles, veins, nerves and bones intersect.

They play an essential role in the circulation of Prana and influence our overall well-being.


Benefits of Marmatherapy:


  • Balances the 3 Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).
  • Stimulates the digestive fire (Agni) and promotes the elimination of toxins.
  • Relieves joint and nerve pain (arthritis, paralysis, muscle tension).
  • Activates the production of hormones and neurochemicals to rebalance the body and mind.


This approach is integrated into Ayurvedic massages and allows for deep rebalancing.

Hatha Yoga – The interdependence of body, heart, breath and mind

Yoga practice for internal tuning:


Hatha Yoga is a complete and progressive practice, which is based on 5 fundamental pillars:

✔ Postures (Asana) – Relax, create a happy space in the body

✔ Breathing (Pranayama) – Control the breath to balance energy.

✔ Withdrawal of the senses (Pratyahara) – Turning attention inward.

✔ Concentration (Dharana) – Develop mental clarity.

✔ Meditation (Dhyana) – Cultivating inner calm. These pillars feed off each other. The classes are structured so that everyone has a certain progression, according to their needs and capacities of the moment. The knowledge and awareness of our body, vehicle of a whole life, the appreciation of its mobility & its immobility; the observation of the breath as well as its mastery, leads us to taste a silence, an inner peace, a contemplative state partly defining the state of yoga. Cultivating the balance & the expansion of one's inner resources, at the physical, psychic & energetic levels; allows us to feel an internal tuning; to better realize what the world offers us & what we offer it; to appreciate change, and to act in this direction.

Munz Floor® – An innovative approach to movement.

Gentle mobilization of the body for deep well-being


The Munz Floor Method® is a gentle bodywork practice that engages intersecting muscle chains through slow, spiraling movements. These muscle chains are responsible for our movement in space and encompass the cranial, thoracic, and pelvic areas.

-Due to the lying position of the body, a decompression of the spinal column occurs
